in Tokyo

I’ll be hosting a 2-days floral master class in Tokyo on January 29th & 30th, 2023. This class will be conducted in both English and Japanese.

Through this class, you will get the chance to see and learn how I create beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and large floral installations (floral arch) without the use of floral foams. After my demonstrations, students create them using Japanese seasonal beautiful flowers. Specially in this season, you’ll be able to touch beautiful Japanese blooms such as ranunculus (including butterfly ranunculus), sweet peas, long-stem pansies, etc,.

This class is suitable for flower arrangers of all abilities, from beginners and home-arrangers to professional florists.

On the Day 1, I will be demonstrating how I design natural, airy, and elegant bridal bouquets and foam-free centerpieces. Technique, colour, shape and texture will be discussed as I teach.
Students’ bouquets will be shot by a photographer and the data of high resolution photos will be sent later (if you like).

On the Day 2, learn to create a foam-free floral arch lead by Yuki and design it together as a team. Techniques using foam-free materials and mechanics will be discussed during this period.

*This lesson will be conducted outside. Please take measures against the cold and join it.

*Three in the eight seats will be secured for two weeks for the participants from overseas only on a priority basis (because it takes time to arrange visas and air tickets for participants from overseas).
