【SOLD OUT】2days Master Class in Tokyo

I’ll be hosting a 2-days floral master class in Tokyo on 23th & 24th April. Through this class, you will get the chance to see and learn how I create beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and large floral installations without the use of floral foams. After my demonstrations, students create them using Japanese seasonal beautiful flowers.

This class is suitable for flower arrangers of all abilities, from beginners and home-arrangers to professional florists.

This class will be conducted in both English and Japanese.

On the Day 1, I will be demonstrating how I design natural, airy, and elegant bridal bouquets and foam-free centerpieces. Technique, colour, shape and texture will be discussed as I teach.

On the Day 2, learn to create a foam-free large floral installation design lead by Yuki and design it together as a team. Techniques using foam-free materials and mechanics will be discussed during this period. 

This time, we will create a floral installation for photo shooting. By decorating the space with flowers, we can transform an empty, inorganic space into a completely different and gorgeous one. We plan to combine hanging installation, growing installation and wall installation to create a beautiful three-dimensional space.

In addition, I’ll prepare the following as a privilege only for master class participants.

1. Bouquet shooting by professional photographer
Gakky Photography, a photographer I trust, will shoot your bouquet.
The captured data will be sent to you at a later date.

2. Original compote vase
A compote vase (equivalent to 5,000 yen) of YUKI YOSHIKAWA original design only for this master class will be presented. It is the best design for making centerpieces. Each piece is handmade by a Japanese potter.
