Top floral designer YUKI YOSHIKAWA offers floral gifts delivered through Tokyo and most areas in Japan. All of our flowers are hand prepared. Each floral arrangement is specially composed to meet your request with beautiful seasonal blooms. YUKI YOSHIKAWA provides the perfect birthday, anniversary, funeral, or Valentine’s Day gift. 

 

Bouquets (No vase)

It is ideal for a wide range of purposes such as birthdays, wedding celebrations, farewell and retirement celebrations. 
We accept bouquet orders starting from 8,800 yen (tax included, delivery fee not included).

※We recommend you to order a bouquet of 11,000yen or more if you like to send a nice floral gift.
※The size guide is for your reference only and it will vary depending on the flower variety used.

【Note】

 

・Delivery fee

Usually, It’s between 1,530yen~2,500yen depending on the size of flowers and delivery address. You’ll receive a confirmation email including a delivery fee and total price from us after sending an order request. 

 

・Handling fee

To deliver flowers to hotels, a handling fee (500yen) is charged.

 

・Payment

・Cancellations/changes
If you contact us at least 4 days before the delivery date, we’ll accept cancellation or change. However, for Hokkaido/Kyushu/Okinawa prefecture, please contact us at least 5 days before the delivery date. Please note that any further cancellations/changes will not be accepted.

 

・Returns and exchanges 

Flowers are raw. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product is delivered. We are committed to quality, but we will take appropriate measures in case of product deterioration or damage during delivery. Please contact us with a photo of the product within 2 days after arrival. 

Please note that we will not be liable if the product cannot be delivered due to customer circumstances such as absence. We deliver flowers based on the designated time by you and DON’T call/text recipients to make sure the convenient time to receive flowers. Please make sure the convenient time for the recipients by yourself before ordering flowers.
